Where we see you
Your comfort is a huge priority for us. We know that in order to have a collaborative discussion about your experiences to understand whether you are autistic or AuDHD, you need to feel as calm and relaxed as possible. Whether that's from your own sofa, our cosy HQ in Cheshire, or one of our warm, welcoming spaces in London, you're always in safe and understanding hands.
Online, from wherever you feel most comfortable
For many of the women we support, home is where they feel calmest and most able to be themselves — and that matters when we're getting to know you. Our online assessments are just as thorough and personal as our in-person ones, simply from the comfort of your own space, in your own time.
Our Cheshire HQ, Knutsford
Our home base is a cosy room at King Street Townhouse, right in the heart of Knutsford. It's a warm, relaxed space, tucked away from the bustle, where you can settle in and feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
We've thought about the small things that can make a big difference: free street parking close by on Mereheath Lane, plus a few nearby car parks if you'd rather; just buzz on arrival and we'll come and meet you in reception, so there's no need to navigate the building alone. Our room is upstairs, but if that's a barrier for you, just let us know in advance and we try to arrange a ground-floor space instead. We're across the road from Tatton Park, a beautiful country park, which is perfect for a stroll before or after, or even for some of your assessment if walking and talking suits you best.
Central and North London
For those in or near the capital, we offer appointments at beautifully designed therapy spaces created specifically with comfort and wellbeing in mind.
Talking Health provide calm, considered therapy rooms across central London, including Holborn and King's Cross — easy to reach, discreet, and designed by therapists who understand that the environment is part of the care. Each space is quiet, comfortable and private, giving you room to think and talk without distraction. Most of our London assessments take place here.
Blue House Yard, in Wood Green, North London, offers a different but equally special atmosphere. It's a friendly, creative community hub just a few minutes from Wood Green station, with independent studios, a gallery and a relaxed, easygoing feel. We have a lovely, comfortable room there for assessments with one of our Clinical Psychologists.
