Autism Assessment - £2350
- Assessment forms for you to complete so you don't have the pressure of having to remember and speak about every single thing in your assessment!
- Assessment forms for someone who has known you well over your lifetime or currently.
- Thorough assessment process either online or in our lovely Knutsford room (you can choose unless we feel that one is highly preferable for you). This takes approximately 3 hours and is with a supportive clinician. This will be someone different from your screening clinician to ensure you have met with 2 team members. You can be alone or have someone there to support and add information if that's helpful to you.
- Additional session with someone who knows you well, if needed. This is not essential, but we may suggest it if needed for diagnosis.
- Multi Disciplinary Team consultation (within service) to ensure correct diagnosis and best ways to support you.
- Detailed diagnostic report and tailored recommendations of how to best support yourself going forward.
- 1 page letter with the diagnosis (if given) but without the details to share with health and work settings as you choose.
- A carefully supported feedback meeting with you online. We share the outcome with you as well as talk about what this means about your understanding of yourself and where to go from there.
Combined Autism & ADHD (AuDHD) Assessment - £3150

- Assessment forms for someone who has known you well over your lifetime or currently.
- Thorough assessment process either online or in our lovely Knutsford room (you can choose unless we feel that one is highly preferable for you). This takes approximately 5/6 hours and is with a supportive clinician. This will be someone different from your screening clinician to ensure you have met with 2 team members.It is likely over 2 sessions or one full day with breaks added in. You can be alone or have someone there to support and add information if that's helpful to you.
- Additional session with someone who knows you well, if needed. This is not essential, but we may suggest it if needed for diagnosis.

Please note; We only accept payment by bank transfer (for 1 off payments) or direct debit for multiple payments. We have no facility to accept credit/debit card payments.
We offer payment plans over 2 or 3 months. These will incur an additional £100 admin charge.
We do not provide any services for NHS right to choose.
