Faye’s background is in nursing, she qualified as a general nurse in 2009, then went on to specialise as a community public health nurse (health visitor) in 2014. She’s also an independent nurse prescriber, with a special interest in ADHD and sleep differences.

Over the years, Faye’s worked in a range of roles, including several years in the NHS in neurodevelopmental specialisms. More recently, she’s worked as a clinical lead in the private sector, helping to set up and grow neurodevelopmental diagnostic services.

As a late-identified autistic woman herself, Faye knows how complicated and often overlooked the neurodivergent experience can be, particularly for women and girls. That’s why she’s passionate about offering assessments that are not only respectful but also tailored to the individual, ensuring they feel truly seen and understood.

Since starting her practice in 2015, Faye has built a reputation for creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people can explore their neurodivergence without feeling judged. Her approach is all about empowering people.
